OCEANO, CA (September 14, 2020) – Emergency crews sent a man to the hospital after a pedestrian accident in the 2100 block of Paso Robles Street on early Monday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near 21st Street at approximately 4:45 AM.
