According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the 24000 block of Malibu Road near Stuart Ranch around 5:50 PM.
 
A report from the Sheriff’s Information Bureau of the Los Angeles County Fire Department showed that the victim was struck by an unidentified vehicle.
