Road Rage Involving Uber Vehicle Leads to Fatal Accident near Sepulveda Boulevard
MISSION HILLS, CA (April 11, 2020) – Authorities confirmed that a woman died in a pedestrian crash on Highway 118 on early Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Sepulveda Boulevard around 12:30 AM.
Reports showed that the victim assaulted her Uber driver and attempted to steal his vehicle. However, several vehicles struck her after she reportedly ran into the freeway.
Firefighter pronounced the woman dead at the scene. However, police did not release the name of the victim. The Uber driver was treated for cuts sustained during the scuffle.
