Nicole Johnson, Cleophas Fuller Perish in Single-Vehicle Accident at 7th Street and Frontage Road
OAKLAND, CA (April 9, 2020)—A vehicle crashed into a wall at 7th Street and Frontage Road Sunday morning, claiming the lives of two people.
According to the coroner’s office, 32-year-old Nicole Johnson and her 33-year-old passenger, Cleophas Fuller, died in the 2:30 a.m. accident.
Police believe that the 2004 Honda Civic exited the 7th Street off-ramp from the 880 Freeway and crashed into a wall at the intersection; however, police have yet to ascertain what drove the accident.
It’s not clear whether drugs or alcohol played a role, but anyone who can help investigators determine the cause should call 510-777-8570.
