Driver Injured Following Red Bluff Road Rage Altercation
RED BLUFF, CA (April 7, 2020) – A road rage incident at Antelope Boulevard and Sale Lane on Tuesday left one person injured.
According to Red Bluff Police Department Sgt. Kevin Busekist, the scuffle that befell at the intersection involved a 66-year-old Red Bluff man and a 43-year-old Marysville man.
For unknown reasons, the Red Bluff man stopped his car and began hitting the other driver through the man’s car window. Subsequently, the Marysville man exited his car, along with his dog, and also grew combative.
The Marysville man’s dog bit the other driver as their fight precipitated; however, by the time officers arrived at the scene, both men had already left the area.
Per news reports, paramedics treated the Red Bluff man near his home due to his injuries from being bitten and hit.
Yet, it’s still unclear what drove the road rage incident. If anyone has information surrounding this, please call the police.
