RIDGECREST, CA (January 15, 2021) – Early Monday morning, Franklin Forch Jr. died in a pedestrian accident on Bowman Road near South Norma Street.

According to the Kern County coroner’s office, the pedestrian accident happened around 6:00 a.m. In the 300 block of West Bowman Road, a driver fatally struck 38-year-old Franklin Forch Jr. under unclear conditions.
