Carolina Guerrero Dies in Multi-Vehicle Crash on 605 Freeway [Whittier, CA]
One Killed, Four Hospitalized After Multi-Vehicle Crash on 605 Freeway at Washington Boulevard in Whittier
WHITTIER, CA (December 25, 2020) – Police identified Carolina Guerrero as the woman who died in a multi-vehicle crash on northbound 605 Freeway on early Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Washington Boulevard around 2:38 AM.
Based on a report, multiple vehicles collided in the lanes. However, there was no other immediate information about the cause of the pile-up. Also, it was not clear how many vehicles were part of the accident.
As a result, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office said Guerrero, a 28- year-old resident of Fontana, died of her injuries. In addition, emergency crews transported four others to area trauma centers. The conditions of the injured victims were not immediately available.
At this time, officials don’t have additional information. However, they continue to investigate the case.
