Alberto Alvarez Killed in Car Accident on Lincoln Avenue [San Jose, CA]

Speeding Leads to Fatal Car Accident on Lincoln Avenue near Savaker Street in San Jose

 
SAN JOSE, CA (December 18, 2020) – Police identified Alberto Alvarez as the victim who died in a car accident on Lincoln Avenue on Friday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Savaker Street at approximately 6:04 PM.
 
Based on a report, Alvarez drove a 1973 green Datsun pickup truck at a high rate of speed prior to the crash. Subsequently, he lost control of the vehicle and it hit the front wall of a business in the area. Consequently, the impact ejected him from the car.
 
Medics rushed him to a hospital for treatment of major injuries. Unfortunately, he died of his injuries. Officials identified him as a 31-year-old San Jose resident.
