TUCSON, AZ (March 24, 2020) – Police confirmed that a rider suffered serious injuries after a motorcycle crash on Speedway Boulevard on Tuesday morning.
According to Tucson Police, the incident happened near Campbell Avenue.
Based on reports, the victim’s motorcycle collided with a passenger vehicle. The cause of the collision was not yet clear.
The paramedics sent the victim to Banner – University Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.
The intersection closed in all directions for several hours while rescue and clearing operations took place in the area.
The other driver remained at the scene and cooperated with an investigation. However, no other details were released.
