Man Fatally Struck by Pickup in Santa Fe Pedestrian Crash on 25 Freeway
SANTA FE, NM (December 11, 2020) — A man died on Nov. 26 following a pedestrian accident on the 25 Freeway near Highway 285.
According to the New Mexico State Police, a pedestrian walking on the northbound lane of the freeway died when a 2007 Ford struck him.
Per the NMSP, the pedestrian was believed to be walking in a poorly lit area of the freeway while wearing dark-colored clothing.
The driver, described by reports as a 22-year-old man, dodged harm.
