Lavonne Perez Dies in Pedestrian Accident at Store Parking Lot on Ellis Avenue [Fountain Valley, CA]

Lavonne Perez Fatally Struck by SUV in Parking Lot at Ellis Avenue and Brookhurst Street

 
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA (November 24, 2020)—An SUV driver struck and killed a woman Saturday at a supermarket parking lot at Ellis Avenue and Brookhurst Street.
 
According to the coroner’s office, under unknown circumstances, a driver struck and killed Lavonne Perez, of Fountain Valley, around 4:35 p.m.
 
Shortly after, paramedics brought her to Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana for treatment; however, despite having received life-saving efforts, she died less than an hour later.
 
At this point, the Fountain Valley police will be investigating this case more closely to determine the exact events that led to the crash.
