VAN NUYS, CA (November 23, 2020)—A 24-year-old Tarzana man died following Thursday’s hit-and-run pedestrian crash near Natick Avenue and Burbank Boulevard.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the fatal event happened around 7:15 p.m. The identity and whereabouts of the driver who struck and killed Manuel Eduardo Carrillo have not been confirmed.
