Alexandra Iversen and 2 Others Injured in Accident at Tramway Boulevard Northeast and San Rafael Avenue Northeast
ALBUQUERQUE, NM (November 19, 2020) — Paramedics brought three people, including two Good Samaritans, to a hospital following a Nov. 5 crash at Tramway Boulevard Northeast and San Rafael Avenue Northeast.
According to reports, two teens sitting in a vehicle noticed a car in the center median that had crashed. The teens, one of them identified as Alexandra Iversen, tried to help the crash victim, but an oncoming vehicle struck the Good Samaritans, as well as the crash victim.
As a result, 17-year-old Alexandra Iversen sustained a shattered pelvis and is now without a leg. Per reports, medical staff also had to amputate her friend’s leg.
At this time, the circumstances and precise details of the incident demand further investigation. Yet, if anyone has additional insight into this accident, please contact the police.
In the meantime, anyone willing to help the crash victims should visit Iversen’s GoFundMe page, her friend Bradley’s GoFundMe listing and the GoFundMe page of Ryan, the man who’d been involved in the original crash.
