Nadine Locate Killed, David Miller Detained in Kennewick UTV Accident
KENNEWICK, WA (November 17, 2020) — A Sunday morning UTV rollover crash on East Bryson Road near Highway 397 left one woman dead and several people injured.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, a UTV, driven by 30-year-old David Phillip Miller, careered out of control, and rolled over on East Bryson Road for unexplained reasons.
As a result of the crash, a 42-year-old man, a 28-year-old woman and a 17-year-old sustained unknown injuries. Unfortunately, 34-year-old Nadine Locate died in the accident.
Arriving officers booked Miller into jail for suspicion of vehicular homicide and hit-and-run. Miller, who escaped injury, may face charges of vehicular homicide as detectives investigate this crash further.
