SUV and Motorcycle Involved in Crash on Federal Boulevard near Winnett Street in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 14, 2020) – A rider suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash on Federal Boulevard on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Winnett Street around 4:10 PM.
Based on a report, the 31-year-old motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Federal at the time of the crash. At the same time, a 23-year-old driver in a Chevrolet Suburban was northbound on Winnett. Due to unknown reasons, the SUV attempted to make a left in front of the motorcycle and caused the collision.
As a result, the rider suffered fractures to his right leg and right foot. Medics transported the victim to a hospital for treatment.
