Bicyclist Fatally Struck by Driver on Paradise Road Near East St Louis Avenue [Las Vegas, NV]
Deadly Bicycle Crash in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (November 10, 2020) — A 65-year-old man died in a bicycle crash Monday afternoon on Paradise Road near East St Louis Avenue.
According to police, the fatal event took place around 1:30 p.m. at 2007 Paradise Road. Police say a gray Nissan Sentra, heading southbound, had lost control and struck the northbound bicyclist.
As a result, the cyclist died at the scene and the Nissan driver stayed and waited for authorities to arrive.
According to the evidence, detectives ruled out impairment as a possible factor in the accident; however, an ongoing investigation continues as investigators determine the liabilities and circumstances.
