One Killed in Pedestrian Accident on 105th Street [Scottsdale, AZ]
Fatal Pedestrian Accident on 105th Street near Queens Wreath Lane in Scottsdale
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (November 4, 2020) – Authorities confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on 105th Street on Thursday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near Queens Wreath Lane at approximately 8:45 AM.
Based on a report, a vehicle struck the victim in the lanes. However, the details that led to the accident were not yet available.
As a result, the victim died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the deceased’s identity pending kin notification.
Officers closed 105th Street, south of McDowell Ranch Road while clearing and police operations occurred in the area.
It is not known if speed or impairment were factors in the accident. However, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
