Victor Sarinana Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Highway 17 [Phoenix, AZ]

31-Year-Old Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver on Highway 17 near 19th Avenue in Phoenix

 
PHOENIX, AZ (November 4, 2020) – Police identified Victor Sarinana as the man who died in a pedestrian accident on Highway 17 on Wednesday.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near 19th Avenue around 12:45 AM.
 
Based on a report, officials found the 31-year-old victim in the roadway. Upon assessment, a semi tractor-trailer or a tandem-wheeled vehicle hit him.
 
As a result, emergency crews pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
 
At this point, officials are still investigating the case. In addition, they ask anyone with information about the crash to contact police or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
