Pedestrian Accident in McKinleyville
MCKINLEYVILLE, CA (October 30, 2020)—Under unknown circumstances, a driver struck a pedestrian near the intersection of Hiller Road and Central Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident log, the incident happened around 10:07 p.m.
CHP officers believe a GMC 2500 pickup truck struck the person, who appeared to be responsive on the road following the accident. However, the details of the person’s injuries have not been released.
At this time, authorities plan to look into what drove the accident and where the fault lies. If anyone has information about this crash, please contact the CHP.
