Two Vehicles Head-On Crash on 6th Avenue near Clinton Avenue in Kingsburg
KINGSBURG, CA (October 28, 2020) – Emergency crews sent two people to the hospital after a head-on crash on 6th Avenue on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Clinton Avenue around 6:40 AM.
Based on a report, a Toyota Tundra and Jeep Cherokee collided in the lanes. Upon assessment, one of the vehicles crossed into the opposite lane and caused the collision.
As a result, the man driving the Jeep suffered major injuries. Emergency crews airlifted the victim to a hospital for treatment. In addition, the Tundra had moderate injuries. Crews also transported the victim to a hospital by ambulance.
CHP officers are investigating to determine which car crossed the center line. In addition, they continue to investigate the case.
