Basilio Eustacchio Dies in Multi-Vehicle Collision on 215 Freeway Near Van Buren Boulevard

 
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (October 29, 2020)—A 21-year-old man perished in Tuesday’s multi-vehicle accident on the 215 Freeway near Van Buren Boulevard.
 
According to the Riverside County coroner’s office, Basilio Lorenzo Eustacchio died at the scene. For unknown reasons, a big rig and several other cars on the freeway collided around 6:42 a.m.
 
At some point during the rescue, fire personnel had to free a moderately injured person from one of the vehicles.
 
By 8:40 a.m., crews cleared the scene and traffic normalized.
