Jeff Clark, Sadie Bradford Injured in Alleged DUI Deadly Crash on Highway 99 [Live Oak, CA]
Jeff Clark, Sadie Bradford Injured in Deadly Solo-Car Accident on Highway 99 Near Paseo Road
LIVE OAK, CA (October 23, 2020)—A 21-year-old man perished in Thursday’s single-vehicle DUI car accident on Highway 99 near Paseo Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the solo-car accident not only left an Oroville man with fatal injuries, but the 29-year-old driver, Jeff Clark, and 27-year-old passenger, Sadie Bradford, injured.
Inferring from the investigation, CHP officers believe the 2000 Honda Accord that the trio had been occupying swerved onto the westbound shoulder while heading south. Subsequently, the Honda struck a tree and flipped over, causing major injuries to Clark and minor injuries to Bradford.
Unfortunately, the unidentified 21-year-old suffered fatal injuries at the scene and neither he nor Clark or Bradford had worn a seat belt at the time.
CHP officers believe impairment could explain the accident but an investigation into this account continues.
