One Fatally Struck by Driver in Gilbert Pedestrian Accident Near Cholla Street
GILBERT, AZ (October 20, 2020) — An 82-year-old woman died following Monday’s pedestrian accident near Cholla Street and West Warner Road.
According to police, the driver stayed at the scene after he or she struck and killed the 82-year-old pedestrian around 5:00 a.m.
Currently, the circumstances and liabilities of the accident require further examination. Additionally, police have not yet stated whether impairment played a role.
