Fatal Accident on 80 Freeway Near Highway 37 [Vallejo, CA]

At Least 1 Dead in Vallejo Crash

 
VALLEJO, CA (October 20, 2020) — A two-car accident on the 80 West Freeway near Highway 37 turned fatal Sunday morning.
 
According to reports, the first call came in around 2:30 a.m., drawing authorities to the scene.
 
At some point during the early morning, two cars collided under uncertain circumstances at the Hunter Hill Safety Rest Area off-ramp.
 
At least one person died as a result of the accident, leading investigators to seek the ultimate cause of the crash.
