Chue Kue Killed, Tou Kue Injured in Highway 70 Accident [Marysville, CA]
Chue Kue Killed, Tou Kue Hospitalized in Marysville
MARYSVILLE, CA (October 20, 2020) — A devastating two-car crash Wednesday on Highway 70 near Chandler Road left a 36-year-old dead and two hospitalized.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the 11:17 p.m. accident happened as a 2007 Toyota Yaris traveling northbound on the highway drifted onto the right shoulder. Subsequently, its driver, 27-year-old Tou Kue, veered across the highway lanes and into the path of an oncoming vehicle.
As a result, the two cars crashed, killing 36-year-old Chue Kue, of Oroville, riding in the Toyota.
Per reports, Tou Kue, as well as the other driver, suffered moderate injuries in the accident, which proved that impairment did not play a role in the incident.
However, at this time, authorities plan to examine the case more closely and encourage witnesses to come forward with information.
In light of this heartbreaking news, our law firm would like to express its sincere sympathies to the bereaved family and friends of Chue Kue.
