DUI Driver Alicia Cervantes Involved in Kennewick Head-On Crash
KENNEWICK, WA (October 8, 2020) – Police arrested Alicia Cervantes after a DUI crash on Clover Island Drive on Friday evening.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened just after 10:00 PM.
Based on a report, 23-year-old Cervantes was driving her sedan at a high rate of speed prior to the crash. Due to an unknown reason, she crashed it head-on into an SUV.
As a result, emergency crews said Cervantes sustained minor injuries. They transported her to a local hospital for treatment. It was not known if there other injuries in the car.
Later on, Kennewick Police officers arrested Cervantes on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. At this time, the case is still under investigation.
