Driver Killed in Crash on 210 Freeway Near 27th Street [San Bernardino, CA]
Woman Dies in San Bernardino Crash on 210 Freeway
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (September 11, 2020) — A single-vehicle crash on 210 Freeway near West 27th Street turned fatal Tuesday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the 11:30 p.m. accident also left three people with moderate to major injuries.
For reasons that demand further investigation, a black 2018 Nissan Sentra, traveling east on the 210 Freeway at an unknown speed, veered onto a dirt median. Subsequently, the Nissan struck a concrete barrier wall, causing fatal injuries to its 22-year-old San Bernardino female driver.
Shortly after, paramedics transported three passengers to nearby hospitals. However, their condition as of late is unknown.
As for the identity of the deceased victim, the San Bernardino County sheriff-coroner division will release her name once the next of kin has been notified.
If anyone can help authorities determine the ultimate cause of the fatal crash on 210 Freeway, please Officer C. Dane at the San Bernardino CHP Office at (909) 383-4247.
Our thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to the bereaved family and friends of the victim.
