Two Vehicles Involved in Crash on Highway 154 near Lake Cachuma in Santa Barbara

 
SANTA BARBARA, CA (August 3, 2020) – Police confirmed that one person suffered injuries in a crash on Highway 154 on Monday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened two miles east of the entrance to the Cachuma Lake Recreation Area shortly before 2:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, A westbound BMW SUV collided with a Dodge Ram pickup truck. Consequently, both vehicles ended up off the roadway on the eastbound side.
 
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to the scene. As a result, officials said one man sustained moderate injuries. Crews took him to the hospital by AMR ambulance.
 
The collision was under investigation by the CHP. However, officials did not provide additional information related to the case.
