1 Dead, 1 Injured in Fiery Two-Car Accident in Thousand Oaks

 
THOUSAND OAKS, CA (August 7, 2020)—A two-vehicle crash turned fatal Thursday afternoon near East Hillcrest Drive and Quinta Vista Drive.
 
According to a news release, authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision around 1:49 p.m.
 
Upon arriving, authorities found two cars with significant damage and one car that had been torched by flames.
 
Crews had to close the intersection around 2:30 p.m. to investigate, yet only to learn that one person had died at the scene and another sustained serious injuries.
