COSTA MESA, CA (July 27, 2020) – Police arrested Fernando Rabago after a DUI crash on East 19th Street on Monday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at East 19th Street at about 10:47 AM.
 
Based on reports, the suspect was seen driving south in the northbound lanes prior to the incident. As a result, it collided with multiple vehicles.
 
Officials from the Costa Mesa Police Department said emergency crews took at least four victims, including a minor, to nearby hospitals for treatment. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the collision.
 
Police arrested 24-year-old Rabago on suspicion of felony DUI.
