SPARKS, NV (July 17, 2020) – Police reported injuries following a red-light accident on Rock Boulevard on Friday evening.
According to the Sparks Police Department, the collision happened near I Street. Based on a report, a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection. Consequently, it collided with another car.
Emergency crews said only minor injuries were reported. However, they did not report any hospitalizations.
Crews closed Rock Boulevard for an hour while rescue and clearing operations took place in the area.
Police did not release additional information. However, the crash is still under investigation.
