Man Hurt After Pedestrian Accident in Lynwood
LYNNWOOD, WA (July 3, 2020) – Police confirmed that a pedestrian suffered injuries in a hit-and-run on Highway 99 on Friday.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near 148th Street Southwest.
Based on a report, the 37-year-old Everett man was crossing the street in a designated crosswalk when a car struck him. In addition, the driver did not stop at the scene after the incident.
Crews found and took the victim to Providence Hospital with unknown injuries.
The crash is under investigation. At this time, troopers don’t have any information about the involved vehicle. However, they are asking anyone with information to call Lynwood Police.
