Single-Car Accident in Peoria Leaves 2 Injured
PEORIA, AZ (July 9, 2020) — — Two people sustained injuries following a single-car accident on 107th Avenue and West Olive avenues Tuesday morning.
The Tuesday morning crash had initially been reported as a multi-vehicle accident involving four patients. However, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office later determined that only one vehicle crashed.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the male driver and his female passenger to a hospital. Reports described them as patients in their 30s who sustained minor injuries.
Investigators have not determined what drove the car accident. However, detectives are looking to see whether impairment played a factor.
