One Person Injured in Sparks Two-Vehicle Accident
SPARKS, NV (July 9, 2020) — A two-car crash on Pyramid Way near Sparks Boulevard left a driver hospitalized Monday morning.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, a driver of a pickup truck ran a red light and crashed into a cement truck.
The 7:30 a.m. crash caused a major backup along Pyramid Highway.
Due to the nature of the crash, crews closed the area to investigate and clear the scene.
At this time, information surrounding the factors that contributed to the accident, such as speed or impairment, was not available.
