Samuel Santoya Arrested After DUI Crash on 7th Street [Victorville, CA]

VICTORVILLE, CA (June 26, 2020) – Police arrested Samuel Santoya after a DUI crash in the 14900 block of 7th Street on Friday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Victor Street just before 10:00 PM.
The Hesperia man was driving a 2002 silver Honda Civic when he slammed into the back of a 2020 Toyota Camry. In addition, deputies from the Victorville station arrived on the scene and determined Santoya was under the influence of alcohol.
The female driver of the Camry, Megan Hill, complained of pain to her back, neck, and head. First responders transported her to a local hospital for an evaluation.
Police booked Santoya at the High Desert Detention Center for DUI. However, the investigation into the case continues.
