One Dies in Rollover Accident on 83rd Avenue [Phoenix, AZ]

Vehicle Overturned in Deadly Crash on 83rd Avenue in Phoenix

 
PHOENIX, AZ (June 29, 2020) – Police confirmed that one person died in a rollover accident on 83rd Avenue early Monday morning.
 
According to Phoenix Police, the collision happened near Thomas Road shortly after 4:00 AM.
 
A report showed that a car was making a left turn onto Thomas from 83rd when it collided into a vehicle that was heading south on 83rd Avenue. As a result, it rolled over in the incident.
 
Emergency crews pronounced the car driver dead on the scene. They did not release the victim’s identity pending notification of next of kin.
 
No other details on the crash were immediately available. However, police continue to investigate the case.
