Two Horses Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Santa Clarita Crash
SANTA CLARITA, CA (June 22, 2020) – Emergency crews sent two people to the hospital following a crash in the 29800 block of San Francisquito Canyon Road on Monday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 8:50 PM.
A report from the Los Angeles County Fire Department showed that the victims’ vehicle hit two horses with riders.
Authorities said that two horses died in the incident. In addition, the paramedics took two people to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
No arrests were made in connection with the incident. However, the California Highway Patrol is still investigating the case.
