Fatal Motorcycle Accident on El Monte Drive in Loomis

 
LOOMIS, CA (June 22, 2020) — A motorcyclist lost his life when his bike broadsided a vehicle on El Monte Drive near Horseshoe Bar Road.
 
Investigators say the accident happened around 5:20 p.m. The adult male riding the motorcycle, believed to be from Yuba City, died after being transported to a hospital.
 
The woman driving the vehicle stayed at the scene for police questioning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, drugs and alcohol do not appear to have played a role in the accident; however, if anyone can help authorities determine what led to the accident, please call the CHP.
