Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Accident on Mack Road [Sacramento, CA]

SACRAMENTO, CA (June 1, 2020) – Paramedics confirmed that a motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in an accident on Mack Road on Monday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened in the 4500 block of Mack Road near Franklin Boulevard.
 
The Sacramento Police Department did not cite the reasons why the victim’s motorcycle collided with an unknown vehicle.
 
Emergency crews took the motorcyclist to a hospital with serious injuries. They did not report whether the driver of the vehicle sustained injuries in the crash.
 
Officers closed Mack Road between Tangerine Avenue and Franklin Boulevard to make way for an investigation.
