Rolando Rojas Arrested Following DUI Car Accident at La Paz Drive [Victorville, CA]
Police Arrest Rolando Rojas on DUI Charges Following Two-Car Crash at La Paz Drive and 7th Street
VICTORVILLE, CA (May 15, 2020)—A DUI driver caused a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night at the intersection of La Paz Drive and 7th Street.
The 8:20 p.m. collision happened when Rolando Rojas was driving a 1997 Nissan Sentra while inebriated.
The Nissan collided with a 2008 Pontiac at the intersection, fortunately, causing no significant injuries to those involved.
According to Sheriff’s Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez, an investigation proved that Rojas has a suspended license due to previous DUI charges and is currently on probation. Police subsequently arrested him and booked him at High Desert Detention Center for DUI, driving with a suspended license and violating probation.
Officers included no information on the other driver involved.
