WHITTIER, CA (May 12, 2020) – Two people suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Whittier Boulevard on Tuesday night.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the crash happened near Broadway shortly after 10:00 PM.
 
A woman was driving a car when it collided with a pickup that was making a left turn onto Broadway. The Los Angeles County Fire Department did not release additional information about the collision.
 
The woman and a girl in the car suffered critical injuries. Another teenage girl in the pickup suffered a concussion. The driver of the pickup was not injured.
 
Police did not release the factors that led to the crash. However, they continue to investigate the crash.
