PHOENIX, AZ (May 10, 2020) – Police identified Nicole Hicks as the victim who died in a bicycle crash on 32nd Street on Sunday.
 
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the crash happened near Broadway Road.
 
The driver of a truck pulling a horse trailer reportedly ran a red light at the intersection. As a result, the truck struck the 35-year-old victim who was riding her bicycle in a designated crosswalk.
 
Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital where doctors pronounced her deceased.
 
Police issued citations to the driver. However, they did not release more details regarding the case.
