Jeraldine Thomas Arrested After Rollover Crash on 80 Freeway [Elko, NV]
Woman Arrested on Felony Charges After Crash in Elko
ELKO, NV (May 5, 2020) – Police arrested Jeraldine Thomas after a rollover crash on 80 Freeway eastbound late Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the 50-year-old woman from Elko was driving a white Chevrolet Cruze when the sedan struck the rear of a gray Ford Focus. As a result, the Focus went off the road and into the center median before it rolled over. Thomas’ car went off the south edge and stopped.
Thomas was treated for minor injuries and then released from the Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital. The Ford driver, a 34-year-old Spring Creek man was not hurt.
Thomas was then booked into the Elko County jail for several charges including reckless driving, driving under the influence and three drug-related offenses.
