Motorcyclist and Bicyclist Injured in Santa Fe DUI Crash
SANTA FE, NM (May 1, 2020) – Police responded to a report about a motorcycle and bicycle accident on Cerrillos Road on Friday night.
According to Santa Fe Police, the accident happened near Siler Road around 7:30 PM. The report showed that the motorcyclist was driving under the influence when the collision occurred.
Both riders sustained serious injuries but were in stable condition.
The northbound lanes were closed while rescue and clearing operations took place in the area.
Charges against the motorcyclist are being considered. However, the investigation is ongoing.
