Injuries Sustained in Head-On Accident on Roeser Road Near 35th Avenue [Phoenix, AZ]
Major-Injury Accident Reported in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (May 1, 2020) — A head-on accident on Roeser Road near South 35th Avenue Monday morning resulted in at least one injury.
The two-vehicle accident happened around 6:30 a.m. when two cars collided head-on under uncertain conditions.
According to the Phoenix Fire Department, officials rescued a pedestrian from under one of the cars. After freeing the victim, paramedics brought that person to a local trauma center.
Meanwhile, another person involved in the accident required further evaluation at the scene.
Police are following up with an investigation as to what led to the accident and encourage witnesses’ help during this time.
