Injuries Reported after Los Angeles Train Accident near W Pico Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (January 20, 2021) – Tuesday evening, two victims suffered injuries following a train collision on W Pico Boulevard.
An unidentified vehicle and a blue train collided around 5:55 p.m., for unknown reasons. Los Angeles Police Officers arrived at 534 W Pico Boulevard shortly after .
Two occupants inside the vehicle were treated by paramedics on scene. However, their injuries were said to be non life-threatening. No one inside the train was hurt.
The roadway was closed on both sides for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the surrounding area has been reopened to the public.
