James Adams Dies in Wrong-Way Accident on Highway 95 Near Mile Marker 90
BEATTY, NV (November 24, 2020)—A wrong-way accident on Highway 95 near Mile Marker 90 claimed a 36-year-old’s life.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 6:45 p.m., just northwest of Beatty.
Under unclear circumstances, a black 2011 Nissan Murano heading southbound in the northbound lane collided with a 2020 Freightliner tractor pulling a trailer.
As a result of the impact, the Nissan traveled onto an unpaved shoulder and overturned, killing James Peter Adams.
At this time, the crash remains under investigation by detectives. However, those who can help detectives determine the underlying cause of the crash should call the NHP.
