Kendal Hornback Dies in Motorcycle Accident on Winchester Road Near Stetson Avenue

 
HEMET, CA (November 16, 2020) — A man died following Wednesday’s motorcycle crash on Winchester Road near Stetson Avenue.
 
According to authorities, the deadly crash happened in the 26000 block of Winchester Road near Stetson Avenue.
 
For unknown reasons, 54-year-old Kendal Hornback crashed into the rear of a black Honda while traveling northbound. Subsequently, Hornback veered into oncoming traffic where he struck one of two oncoming big rigs hauling two halves of a manufactured home.
 
Not long after responding to the 1:23 p.m. accident, a coroner pronounced Hornback deceased at the scene. The Hemet man reportedly died at 1:33 p.m.
 
Following the crash, crews closed both directions of travel while they investigated the scene.
