13-Year-Old Boy Injured in Temecula Bicycle Crash Involving DUI Driver Andrew Pamenter
TEMECULA, CA (October 29, 2020) – Police arrested Andrew Pamenter for DUI after a bicycle crash on Wolf Store Road on Thursday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Butterfield Stage shortly after 6:00 PM.
Based on a report, Pamenter struck a 13-year-old boy who was on a bicycle. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department did not release the details that led to the accident.
As a result, the boy suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Emergency crews transported him to a local hospital for medical treatment.
During the investigation, police determined that Andrew Pamenter, a 43-year-old resident of Temecula, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. They arrested him and booked into a Riverside County Jail.
