2 Killed in Redlands Collision With Big Rig
REDLANDS, CA (October 29, 2020)—Two men died Sunday when their vehicle struck a parked semi-truck on San Bernardino Avenue near Alabama Street.
According to reports, the 6:30 p.m. accident happened when two men in a 2005 Nissan Altima struck a curb and a fire hydrant before colliding with the trailer of a semi-truck.
The exact cause of the accident remains unclear, but investigators plan to explore this, as well as other outstanding details.
Following the crash, paramedics treated and transported two people to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Per reports, neither of the occupants inside the semi-truck sustained injuries.
